What we bring

The full length of a two stall restroom trailer on grass, both doors closed, steps down at each
  • Two stalls

Each one private, lit and air conditioned, with a flushing toilet and a basin

  • Room for 100 guests

Comfortable across a four hour event, and we size a second unit with you past that

  • One event date

The trailer stays on site overnight and we collect it the next day

  • Stocked on arrival

Paper, hand soap and folded towels put out, with spares left inside

What your site needs

  • Level ground

Grass, gravel or pavement, firm enough to take a towed trailer after rain

  • Power within 25 feet

An ordinary household socket near where the trailer will sit

  • A hose connection

An ordinary garden hose bib within reach of the same spot

  • Ten feet of clearance

A gate or drive at least 10 feet wide, with nothing overhanging the route in

  • If the spot has no power or no hose within reach, we bring a generator and a water tank instead, which adds to the price.
  • Soft sand, a noticeable slope, or a spot with no room to turn a truck around will not work, and it is better to know that before the day than on it.
  • Send a photograph of the spot and we confirm it before anything is agreed, or tell you what would have to change.

Questions

How much does a restroom trailer cost for a day in South Florida?

$495 a day for a two stall trailer, delivered to the spot you choose, leveled, hooked up, stocked and collected the next day. That figure covers one event date and one placement, and the things that move it are listed above rather than left to the call.

What is included in that?

Delivery to the spot you send us a photograph of, placement and leveling, hookup to your power and water, paper, hand soap and folded towels for the event, and collection the next day. Nothing on that list is priced separately.

What would push the price up?

A second event date, a second unit once the guest count runs past about 100, a site with no power within about 25 feet or no hose connection, and access that needs a long hose run or a gate narrower than 10 feet. Delivery beyond Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach is priced by distance.

How many stalls do I need for my guest count?

Two stalls carry about 100 guests across a four hour event, which is the general rule we size against rather than a fixed limit. Past 100 guests, or past four hours, a second unit is what keeps a line from forming, and a bar heavy event runs closer to the top of that range than a seated dinner does. Call with a guest count and a run time and we size it with you.

Does it need power and water?

Both. Standard household power within about 25 feet of the placement, and a garden hose connection within reach of it. On farm and estate properties where neither is close, a generator and an onboard tank cover it, and that is one of the things that adds to the price.

Where can the trailer be placed?

Level ground on grass, gravel or pavement, firm enough to take a towed trailer after rain, within about 25 feet of power. The route in wants a gate or drive at least 10 feet wide with nothing overhanging it, and room to turn a truck around at the end of it. Send a photograph of the spot before the date and we confirm it, or tell you what would have to change.

What if there is nowhere level to put it?

Say so on the call. A slope can often be taken up with blocking, soft sand cannot, and a spot with no room to reverse a truck needs a different spot rather than a different unit. A photograph settles all three faster than a description does.

Which towns do you deliver to?

All three South Florida counties. Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, so Miami, Miami Beach and Coral Gables as readily as Wellington, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Davie and Southwest Ranches. The Treasure Coast and the Keys are priced by distance and are worth a call before you assume either way.

How do I ask about a date?

Call, or leave a first name and a phone number. Half of what decides a date is the site rather than the calendar, so a two minute conversation gets further than any form.
